Blend

A blend of some of nature's most relaxing and soothing essential oils which can help to aid a restful night's sleep. Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Zea Mays (Corn) Starch, Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) Essential Oil, Marjoram (Origanum Marjorana) Essential Oil and Chamomile (Anthemis Nobilis) Essential Oil, Dried Lavender Flowers, *Butylphenyl Methylpropional, *Citronellol, *Geraniol, *Limonene, *Linalool, CI45100, CI42090 *Naturally occurring in essential oils.

Directions for use

Simply place your steamer at the back of your shower tray away from direct water flow. As the steamer dissolves the therapeutic essential oils will be released into the air. Inhale and smile! If irritation occurs discontinue use. Avoid contact with the eyes. Not to be used as a bath bomb. Children, pregnant women and those with medical conditions should seek medical advice before use due to the presence of essential oils.

Additional information

You can choose between a cardboard canister which contains 10 steamers or a travel pack which contains 4 steamers, each steamer weighs approximately 28g and as long as you don't place it in the direct flow of water, should last for approximately 10 minutes. You can control how fast the steamer dissolves by moving it closer to or further away from the direct flow of water. For longer showers you may need to use two streamers. The steamers perform best in a hot shower with lots of steam.
