Dispatch Times

We endeavour to despatch all orders within 7 working days from receipt of payment. If your order is urgent or required for a specific date please contact us prior to placing your order.  Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.


Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so within seven working days. A full refund minus any postage costs should they be incurred will be given as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days. Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, are faulty in some way or contain incorrect items. Please contact us as soon as possible, together with images of any damage or fault. We will offer a full refund including postage costs or replacement goods subject to availability.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that our products are used appropriately. Please read all instructions carefully before use and satisfy yourself fully as to the suitability of all products and their ingredients before purchase. We can accept no liability for representations, warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose.
Pricing and VAT
All prices and postage costs are given in British pounds (GBP). We are not registered for VAT.

Non UK customers are liable for any local and/or import taxes associated with your purchase.
When purchasing from us you agree to make full and immediate payment via our checkout process, except where we have agreed in advance to reserve one or more items for you. Failure to complete a payment transaction within a reasonable time will result in your order being cancelled and this will be notified to you by email.
You are responsible for the correct functioning and validity of your PayPal account or debit/credit card. If you are unable to complete a purchase, please contact us immediately as we may be able to reserve the item(s) for you.
We accept payment by Paypal or debit/credit card. Payment on this website is made via a secure third party gateway which is fully DSS PCI compliant.
