An essential oil blend of ginger, nutmeg, black pepper and neroli that can help you feel confident, assured and with increased self esteem. Ginger can help improve blood flow, whilst nutmeg is warming and restorative and along with black pepper can help to boost confidence and alleviate anxiety. Neroli is said to help you become more self accepting and to face your fears.

Ingredients

Distilled Water, Essential Oils of Ginger, Nutmeg, Black Pepper and Neroli, Polysorbate 20, Gluconolactone, Sodium Benzoate and Calcium Gluconate.

Directions for use

Shake the bottle well before use and spritz a couple of times into the air or onto your pillow. Do not spray directly onto furnishings or surfaces. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
